Typically 14 business days! Your shoes ship directly from the manufacturing warehouse. Keep in mind delivery times might be extended or delayed by heightened import and customs process. 

Yes, every order has tracking provided through FedEx/USPS. Please keep in mind, tracking my not be immediately available upon purchase. 

Here is the logistical workflow of an order.

• 3 business days to process order and confirm payment (typical business practice even with big brand store.
• 1-2 business days for order to be pulled from inventory and processed for shipping.
• 1-3 business days for the order to be collected, received and processed through shipping customs for export.
• 1-3 business day for the order to be collected received and processed through shipping customs for import.
• 7 business days for local courier (FedEx/USPS) to collect, process and deliver to your door.

The process follows the same distribution workflow as the big box brands when purchasing new releases or Got'em raffles. Most of the time these shoe are not stateside and are imported through the exact same process.

Typically 3 - 5 business days after order confirmation. 

• Once your order arrives at the export customs facility, a FedEx/USPS tracking number will be generated. 
• You should expect your order to be at your door within 10 business days after receiving your tracking information.

We provide complete transparency in our sourcing. We partner with the same manufacturers (LJR) as the Big Box stores (Nike, Adidas, New Balance) located in China or Vietnam.

UA is an industry reference for Unauthorized. Shoes labeled as UA have no affiliation to the retail brand. Depending on the manufacturer, UA shoes meet  or exceed the quality production and manufacturing standards expected from retail brands.

LJR is a reference to the manufacturer that originally produced retail shoes for Big Brands. LJR is now notably associated with the quality standards that meet or exceed retail brands.

AU sellers typically say they offer top quality or 1:1 shoes. The reality is that most resellers do not have access to the LJR manufacturing facilities and rely on small off site production facilities that do not have strict quality control. 

The truth of the matter is there are only 4 levels of quality production and most UA sellers do not have access to the top tier production lines.

• Lvl 1 - Low quality shoe without box.
• Lvl 2 - Mid quality shoe with mid quality box and accessories (extra laces, tags and insert cards)
• Lvl 3 - Top quality shoe with retail matching box and accessories.
• Lvl 4 - 1:1 quality and closest to retail production.

ONLY LJR manufacturing facilities can guarantee Lvl 3 and Lvl 4 quality control and production.

You can't - LJR and their associated manufacturing facilities do not sell directly to the consumer. A recent trend of sellers claiming their shoes are LJR Batch Production, simply is not true.
